Chandler Siedler
Project Engineer
Bio
Chandler was born and raised in Walla Walla, WA, and received a degree from Eastern Washington University in Construction Management and Technology. He has worked on and off over the last several years in construction while attending school, working as a union carpenter apprentice, project coordinator, and now as a project engineer. Chandler loves to hunt, fish, and camp in my free time outside of work.

At McCormack Construction, Chandler works on submittals, procurement, meeting minutes and agendas, closeouts/operation and maintenance manuals, preconstruction coordination, schedule updating, document management, writing RFIs, change orders, and budget amendments.

Raddison Hotel
Construction of a 3-story 75-unit hotel completed, Chandler did the closeouts and operation and maintenance manual and completed punch walks with the architect and owner.

Pendleton Children’s Center
The addition of 2 classrooms and a mezzanine to an existing building to provide very-needed childcare to the city of Pendleton, he worked with the architect on design considerations, material procurement, writing RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes and agendas, sub-coordination, processed change orders, and put out subcontracts.

Les Schwab Hood River Remodel
A full remodel of a service bay and the showroom in Hood River, OR, Chandler assisted with submittals, writing RFIs, sub-contractor coordination, and did the meeting agenda and minutes.

Eastern Oregon Regional Airport Terminal Remodel
A full remodel and HVAC update of the Pendleton Oregon airport, he assisted with submittals, RFIs, Sub coordination, material procurement, and assisted in putting out subcontracts.

East Umatilla Fire and Rescue Design Build
A new ground-up design-build fire station in Weston, OR, breaking ground in the spring of 2023, Chandler maintained meeting minutes and agendas, coordinated design team meetings, assisted with bid solicitation, assisted with estimates, and design coordination with the architect.
