National Quick-Service Restaurant

McCormack Construction completed shell improvements for a national quick-service restaurant at a former bank site in Pendleton, Oregon. The project involved renovating the existing 2,868-square-foot structure into a tenant-ready shell tailored for future food service operations.

The scope included the construction of new exterior walls, footings, and foundation pads to support structural and tenant requirements, as well as the installation of exterior glazing systems. Utilities were extended to and within the building envelope at capacities appropriate for both landlord and tenant needs. Exterior finishes and full site work were also completed as part of the project.

The work was delivered on an aggressive four-month schedule, requiring careful sequencing and close coordination to meet turnover milestones. McCormack worked collaboratively with the owner throughout construction to maintain progress and ensure a smooth handoff.

This project reflects McCormack Construction’s experience delivering commercial work for public agencies, healthcare operators, and regional developers. Through clear communication, disciplined coordination, and accountability from preconstruction through closeout, McCormack delivered a tenant-ready shell that met schedule demands and owner expectations.
